These Terms of Service the terms and conditions that govern your use of our Platform Conforce provided by Snowforce (hence forth referred as “The Company”) By accessing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Software.
1. License Grant
The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software solely for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.
2. Restrictions :
You may not:
• Copy, modify, or distribute the Software.
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the Software.
• Use the Software for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from the Software.

The Company retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights therein. You acknowledge that the Software is protected by copyright and other laws.

The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind other than the warranty clause specified in the agreement between the customer and Snowforce. The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Software, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability :
In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Software.
8. Governing Law :
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of industry standards designed to protect data privacy and security, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to Terms :
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
10. Miscellaneous :
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Software and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and the Company.
