Company Financial Status

You can use this screen and its options to define the account setups for assets, liabilities, income, and expenses. These settings are followed throughout all financial management activities in the application. You can also use this screen to move accounts from one directory to another.

The Journal is the record of all transactions made in this application. You can use this screen to define the types of journals that are used all over the application based on their nature.

You can use this screen to set up and define the payment voucher for a company. You can set up a general, payment, or receipt book here. 

You can view the list of cost centers of each company here. You can also add new cost centers to a company through this screen
